Meet Our Team
Dr. Reddy has worked with individuals with psychosis in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, day programs, residential programs, partial hospitalization programs, community mental health centers, VA clinics and acute units, and clinical research settings.
Her research examines the determinants of functional deficits among adults with psychosis and develops new interventions to reduce these impairments. She has translated her empirical findings into rehabilitative techniques for individuals with schizophrenia and worked to evaluate and disseminate new interventions.
As Associate Director of the EPI-NC program, Dr. Reddy supports the efforts of clinicians working with people experiencing early psychosis across North Carolina in their efforts to deliver effective and recovery-focused interventions. In this role, Dr. Reddy focuses on program evaluation, implementation science, clinical staff training, and dissemination of best practices.
